I am dedicated to promoting wellbeing. My goal is that you leave our sessions with an enhanced sense of centered wellbeing. Setting aside this the time for yourself is Step One! Your next step is to hold it respectfully and preciously.

Time is Precious

To optimize the time we have together, sessions will begin and end punctually in respect to those before and after you.

Be Mindful of Your Environment

Prior to our time together, please make yourself comfortable with a glass of water. Create a peaceful environment by removing distractions, (electronics, surrounding environmental noises and intrusions), and have a writing pad handy for notes, so we can be fully present with one another.


Due to limited availability and as a courtesy to others, I require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation of your appointment. Clients who are unable to keep their appointment, or cancel after the 24-hour cancellation period will be charged the full amount of the session price. Please note that a credit card number is required to hold your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your credit card.


We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. There will be a $35 fee assessed for on any returned checks. Gift Certificates are redeemable for services only and are non-refundable.
