Becky Gorman is a Leadership and Resilience Consultant, working with healthcare organizations and corporate business to support leadership and team development through her Live True. Lead True® Leadership Program and Signature Program.
Becky uses the Enneagram, a powerful tool for self-understanding and self-awareness, in her work with leaders and teams to facilitate transformative and meaningful change.
For over 20 years, Becky has consulted with US and International companies, including Fortune 100 and 500, as well as medium-sized companies. She has facilitated hundreds of private coaching and group coaching experiences within the US and internationally, and has worked with leaders in all levels of organizations as a consultant, teacher, coach, trainer, and speaker.
Becky has over 21 years of coaching, education, and writing on Health and Resilience; over six years in corporate health and resilience consulting, team-building facilitation, and developing effective relationship communication skills and personal presence; over 13 years in faculty positions including ten years at the University of Minnesota, having co-developed and co-taught the health coaching program, a self-care course for graduate students, and a course at UMN Medical School on deepening the practice of authentic, relational presence with patients and colleagues in their practice of medicine.
She is president and founder of the “Live True. Lead True®” Transformational Leadership Program, which works with individual leaders and teams to advance their unique leadership presence and skills.
Over the last 12 years, Becky has presented numerous speaking engagements on health, wellbeing, mindfulness, and coaching. Along with radio and TV interviews, she has also published articles on these topics.
Becky practiced medicine as a Physician Assistant and has extensive training in multiple Integrative practices. She has a certificate in coaching with the Enneagram through Deep Coaching Institute and has background in positive business & society change. She brings the entirety of this to her current work with corporate teams.
